Organizational Development Training for Trade Unions and Civil Society Organizations of Malaysia

International Labour Organization (ILO) approached PRIA International to conduct a three-day training programme for the Trade Unions and Civil Society Organizations partners of ILO, in Kuala Lumpur, during December 6-8, 2022. A total of 18 participants participated in the training programme. All these organisations have been working on migrant workers’ rights in Malaysia. Prior to organising the training, a rapid learning needs assessment was done to understand the learning priorities of the partner organisations. Co-facilitators of this training programme included: Ms. Nandita Bhatt & Dr. Kaustuv Kanti Bandyopadhyay (PRIA), and Dr. Yogesh Kumar (SAMARTHAN).
