Dr. Rajesh Tandon took a special course of five modules on Community Engaged Scholarship to 23 doctoral students, faculty & staff at the University of Victoria with long-term colleague Ms. Crystal Tremblay, Director, International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders (CIFAL Victoria), partnering with Centre for Global Studies – CFGS.

During these five sessions together, students, faculty, and young professionals at the University learned about and have opportunities to discuss key contemporary topics in community-engaged scholarship, develop practical skills in CBPR methods, and deepen their understanding of social responsibility in higher education through a global lens.
